Check out the incredible plans for Dubai’s new ultra-luxe private island

There will be only 24 incredible villas on Amali Island, together with a gourmet restaurant, swim-up bar, clubhouse, saltwater pools, yoga terraces and a floating helipad.

Amali Properties, a Dubai-based company, has revealed plans for a gorgeous private island that will be tucked away inside the famed World Islands mega project.

Situated between the islands of São Paolo and Uruguay, Amali Island spans 1.2 million square feet and can be reached by boat from Dubai in only six minutes. A millionaire’s paradise, the famous new residential address bills itself as “Dubai’s first true residential sail-in sail-out experience.”

There will only be 24 villas on the residents-only island, divided into four distinct styles that range in number from five to seven bedrooms. The starting price range is Dhs50 million to Dhs250 million.

Each residence will include opulent features like rooftop terraces, outdoor firepits, teppanyaki bars, jacuzzis, many pools, lazy rivers, and 50 metres of private beach with floating sun loungers. All of the homes will have stunning views of the Dubai cityscape. The three-story villas will also have water sport facilities, a movie theatre, a sauna, a spa, and an opulent boat garage.

A 10,000 square foot clubhouse with horizon and saltwater pools, a spa, a members’ cigar room, yoga decks, a café, water activities for all ages, floating padel courts, a floating helipad, and its own marina will also be available to residents.

The news that Amali Island would be ready for transfer by March 2027 will delight those who have an extra 50 million Dirhams hanging around.

The Anantara World Islands was the first hotel to open on the famous archipelago in 2021, providing a taste of island living for anyone wishing to experience it in Dubai. Additionally, guests can stay in the Côte d’Azur Monaco resort on The Heart of Europe island. In the summer of 2025, Zuha Island—designed by the same people that brought Abu Dhabi’s breathtaking Zaya Nurai Island—will also be added to the collection.
