Here are 13 delicious spots to get your boba tea fix in Dubai

Boba tea is wildly popular in Dubai. Popular cafés and restaurants have it on their menus, and it’s visually appealing enough to win an Instagram photo contest.

It goes by several names, including tapioca tea, bubble tea, pearl milk tea, and just “boba.” The beverage was created in Taiwan in the 1980s and has since spread over the world in popularity. Although the taste may not appeal to many, the syrups and flavours significantly improve the beverage.

And you can sample a wide range of creations in Dubai, from the amazing and basic to the strange and unusual.

Booba

Booba is a great spot to go if you need your hunger for a “poppin’g drink” sated. It has multiple locations throughout Dubai. Booba offers a wide variety of alternatives, including milk-based, juice-based, and even coffee-based boba. The jasmine green tea juice with mango exploding boba is a must-try.

Bubbles & Boba

It’s likely that you have passed the Bubbles & Boba booth in the Dubai Mall more times than you can remember. Not only are the drinks tasty, but they’re also refreshing. There are so many alternatives available at Bubbles & Boba, such as coffee flavours, tea-based drinks, and even blended smoothies that, naturally, include tapioca once the smoothie is blended. The smoothie with strawberries and blueberries is delicious; give it a try.

Chaiwan

The enormous variety at Chaiwan Boba Tea attests to their serious approach to boba. Their delectable drinks are practically at your fingertips thanks to their exclusive delivery options on Talabat and Zomato. Everyone can find something to enjoy here, regardless of level of boba expertise. Keep a look out for the numerous new items and promotions that are constantly being added.

Happy Lemon

This original boba tea shop has locations across the globe, including the Philippines, America, and more. It came from the birthplace of boba itself. Happy Lemon offers a dizzying array of milk tea and boba tea tastes in addition to bubble waffles, which are obviously in keeping with the bubble motif.

Koi The

At Koi Thé (pronounced Koi ‘thay’), the beverages are as amazing to look at as they are to drink. The cafe is the ideal way to cool off in between your shopping frenzy and has a branch at the Mall of the Emirates. There is now a second Koi Thé location in China Town in The Dubai Mall.

Latea

It goes without saying that bubble tea is available on this lovely tea house’s already very large menu. Really, truly adore the beverage? Savour their 1-liter bubble tea. Yes, a whole litre of delectable goodness—a surefire way to quench your desire for bubble tea.

Neon Bubble Tea

This charming tiny cafe serves a variety of tea and coffee blends, cold shakes, and lattes and is an Instagrammer’s dream come true. Although they also provide traditional sips, their Neon specialities and inventive combinations are equally comforting and will definitely sate your boba desires.

Otea Cafe

Otea Cafe, a modest cafe with bold tastes, is a recent addition to Dubai’s booming boba tea market. In addition to serving a wide choice of additional grab-and-go snacks including stir-fry, waffles, and curry buns, the options meet the test of diversity.

Sharetea

Similar to Otea Cafe, Sharetea is tucked away in the urban corners of Dubai Metro stations. Additionally, there is a wide variety of boba and snack varieties available. The drinks come with mix-ins like pudding, jelly and other goodies, and are served with bite-sized snacks like momos, gyoza and hot dogs. The menu also includes a pizza in a jar, which we think is a great idea.

Tania’s Teahouse

It seems like you’ve been living under a rock if you haven’t visited Tania’s. This breathtaking location is now licensed, and although we believe boba tea cocktails would be perfect on a Friday afternoon in a completely other way, that hasn’t happened yet. But Tania’s serves up plenty of milky boba or iced tea that is prepared similarly to boba tea.

Tiger Sugar

a genuine brand from the manufacturer. With good reason, this Taiwanese boba tea establishment has four locations throughout Dubai. Their boba is superior to anything you could ask for at a real cafe. Tiger Sugar creates their boba using the golden ratio, giving you the best milk tea and tapioca combination possible.

Wok Boyz

Although bubble tea is a more recent addition to Wok Boyz’s menu, the number of flavours available, including milk teas, fruit teas, and smoothies, are already amazing. The What’s On crew agrees that it was just a matter of time until the popular summer beverage was offered by the Asian street food restaurant.

YiFang Tea

Another amazing Taiwanese boba tea establishment with outlets throughout Dubai, offering a variety of mouthwatering flavour combinations to experience. The Matcha latte may not be to everyone’s taste, but it is delicious nonetheless. You should also try the passionfruit green tea, which is a great combination with tapioca pearls or green tea jelly.
