LXR Hotels & Resorts’ Al Nawras Island, expected to debut in 2025, has been built to take inspiration from the area, with 80 large villas put between the beach and what is now the water’s edge. Three swimming pools, tennis and paddle courts, and a great spa contribute to the island’s overall welfare, while two particular restaurants, two bars, and an exclusive beach club serve to foodies. Families seeking for a beautiful island holiday will find a kids’ club, splash pad, and children’s pool.
Ramhan Island, Abu Dhabi
Plans have been provided to turn Abu Dhabi’s Ramhan Island, which is located close to the east of Jubail Island, into a sought-after private island resort for both residents and tourists. There are plans for 1,800 villas, a 120-key luxury hotel, 900 marina apartment residencies, a 1.7km retail store parade, 120 marina berths, a health centre, restaurants, a beach bar on the community beach, green spaces, running tracks, a nursery, mosque, school and more on the island. Among the area’s top attractions will be an array of floating villas that offer tourists to experience beautiful overwater living with open sea vistas and an adjacent beach bar. In addition to all of the surrounding luxury amenities (including an infinity pool, health centre, and fine dining options), it will all be just a stimulating stone’s throw away from Abu Dhabi’s mainland. An opening date has not been set.
Zuha Island, Dubai
The designers of Abu Dhabi’s jaw-dropping Zaya Nurai Island are looking to expand their influence into Dubai. We’ve already mentally checked in to Zuha Island, an amazing new private island resort being constructed in the World Islands. The Zuha resort will open in the summertime of 2025, with 70 resort villas located on the ocean’s border, multiple of which will include private pools. Guests will enjoy treatments in a relaxing spa and beneficial facility, plus access to a central swimming pool. An all-day dining restaurant, a ceviche bar and a sophisticated beach club are all planned for Zuha Island to keep guests information.
