Meet award-winning chef Michael Mina

From Wednesday, October 4 through Saturday, October 7, customers will have a chance to try chef Mina’s exciting new menu. During his visit, the chef will test new tastes and assess crowd reaction to fine-tune the brasserie-style shared meals, such as the sweetly simple escargots à la bourguignonne with herb butter and grilled bread.

Business lunch

At the DIFC hotspot, sample chef Michael Mina’s contemporary cuisine over a stylish business lunch. Three dishes with tea, coffee, or ice cream cost Dhs165, while two courses cost Dhs145. From baked Camembert cheese to moules frites, Wagyu burger to king crab spaghetti, the menu offers an assortment of raw starting points, appetisers, salads, wood-grilled steaks, and more.

Saturday brunch

Every Saturday from 1pm to 4pm, the Urban Chic Brunch is held. Three hours of endless drinks, including a tableside gin and tonic cart, a three-course dinner and live jazz music, are offered to guests. What’s on the menu? Starters for sharing include a seafood tower, truffle gratinée, and steak tartare, followed by a main course selection which includes crab spaghetti to Mina’s famous steak. Make space for dessert, which includes the particular banana tarte tartin and basque cheesecake. Brunch packages start at Dhs320 for soft brunch, Dhs520 for house brunch, and Dhs720 for premium brunch.
