The family went to the Taj for the holiday appetiser from Palm Kitchen because it was the night before Christmas and there was nothing to eat in the villa. Here in the Middle East, Chef Sonu and his crew of culinary elves created a classic feast, complete with seasonal European touches. Ideal as a delicious appetiser for the big day, the food is perfect to serve at work and family Christmas parties.
