Dubai developer announces free repairs for rain-damaged homes

After intense rainfall that pounded the city on April 16 and 17, Dubai is working hard to resume normal operations. Along with the government and authorities helping to revitalize the city, the people have been compassionate towards those affected. And now Emaar has also stepped forward to help those in need in the community.

As a result of the storm, many residents are dealing with broken property, flooded homes, lost furniture, and other problems. Furthermore, Emaar Properties has pledged to fix any damaged properties for free this week.

Mohamed Alabbar, chairman of Emaar Properties, stated, “To ensure that our residents can resume their daily lives as quickly and smoothly as possible, I am pleased to announce that Emaar will undertake the repair of all properties within our communities that have been damaged by the recent rains at its own cost in response to the challenges posed by this adverse weather and heavy rains that Dubai has experienced in the past few days.”

Mohamed Alabbar states that Emaar Properties is resolutely committed to the well-being of the community and will “provide all possible support in such situations, including complete repair of our customers’ homes.”

The company’s employees, who have been working incredibly hard to help customers, were also praised by the founder. “The groups have been actively addressing challenges, like resolving multiple blockages caused by water, and they persist in working nonstop to provide remedies,” stated Mohamed Alabbar.

“This service is available to all homes, no matter their age, that are registered with the Emaar call center and reported damages directly caused by the recent rainfall,” he continued. In Emaar neighborhoods, both new and old properties would be covered by the repairs.
