PROCEDURE FOR NEW CUSTOMER REGISTRATION WITH SEWA (MOVE-IN) AS A TENANT

- To apply for a new SEWA connection in Sharjah, residents must go into one of the SEWA Customer Happiness Centres.
- National citizens or locals must further submit a specific undertaking.
- After completing the application, you will be asked to make a security deposit based on the kind of the property.
- After you pay the security deposit, the tenancy contract will be authorised.
- The consumer must next go to Sharjah Municipality to get the tenancy contract certified.
Once all of the paperwork and deposits have been submitted, your Sharjah water and power connection will be activated.
PROCEDURE FOR SEWA ACCOUNT TERMINATION IN SHARJAH
- The consumer must first contact SEWA’s Connection and Disconnection department and request a disconnection.
