8 brilliant new beach clubs opening soon in Dubai

We may return to one of our favourite events in Dubai during the great winter weather: spending the day at an amazing beach club. However, if you’re looking for fresh alternatives, you’re in luck because a number of like new beach clubs are getting ready to open for business in the upcoming months.

Baoli Beach

The movie Baoli, which had its premiere on the sumptuous Cannes sands, will make its Dubai premiere in September. It’s renowned for its gracieuse cuisine and A-list clientele, and it’s set to bring a classy French Riviera touch to the city. A day-to-night destination, Baoli Dubai combines the sophisticated ambience of the French Riviera with the vibrant spirit of South East Asia. During the day, expect a more relaxed atmosphere perfect for luxurious tanning and relaxation. At any of the numerous bars or VIP rooms, Baoli invites customers to join them for sundowners and the beat expands as the sun sets. The dining venue provides a large patio with views of the Arabian Gulf, or you can sit outside on the beautiful, tropical interior. Expect a meal that combines East Asian culinary techniques with French and Mediterranean flavors—a little bit of everything to suit the palates of Dubai’s diverse population. The well-known Cannes hotspot will have a Dubai location, run by industry veterans Sunset Hospitality, the same team behind upscale hangouts including Aura, Sushisamba, Drift, and Signor Sassi.

Cove Beach JBR

Cove Beach will make its debut in the second quarter of 2024 at La Vie apartments on JBR (near to the Rixos Premium), having closed its doors in February on Bluewaters. Up to 750 partygoers may fit into the 7,000 square metre daytime hotspot, which is divided into four different sections. There will be a new trademark restaurant this time around with both indoor and outdoor seating, coupled with a marijuana lounge that boasts spectacular views from the top deck. There will be multiple swimming pools with luxurious day beds lining them, and also a variety of sun loungers along the beach, in the beach club zone. Those who want to treat themselves to a VIP day out can reserve one of the opulent cabanas, which have a private plunge pool. The full grand unveiling of Cove Beach won’t happen until September, given the fact that the first phase will open before summer. Cove Beach will open a gorgeous new adults-only RosĂ© Lounge Pool later this year.

Gigi Rigolatto

One of the thirteen restaurants and beach clubs along J1 Beach is the renowned Gigi Rigolatto. In order to move the hotspot from the sun-drenched shores of St. Tropez to the shining city of Dubai, Merex has partnered with Paris Society International. The 5,000 square metre beach club provides an Italian food that can be enjoyed both indoors and outside on its two picturesque terraces. There will be four beautiful personal cabanas to choose from for private and private parties. Regarding its interiors, a classic and enchanted ambience has been established, complemented by an abundance of verdant vegetation. The beach club will also take pride in its pool, private beach, and peaceful Mediterranean garden. In addition, a pebble court, a lovely concept store with carefully selected goods, and a Bellini bar will be located there.If you are travelling with small children, there will be a separate play area designated for their enjoyment, where they can be amused by the charming Gigi Circus.

LAVITA

One of the last openings to hit Palm West Beach, the stylish Italian beach house LAVITA is bringing a little piece of la dolce vita to Dubai. It is being designed by the renowned hospitality experts Mine & Yours Group, who are also responsible for Chic Nonna, and will make its debut in the upcoming months on the beachfront of the opulent Dorchester apartments on Palm Jumeirah – One at Palm Jumeirah by the Dorchester Collection. There are two restaurants in the location: Italian LAVITA will open later this year, and Japanese restaurant SHIMA is now accepting visitors. LAVITA, which combines the glamour of the Italian coast with the vibrant luxury scene of Dubai, offers stunning views of the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai Marina. It will be a major hub for music and entertainment, with an impressive lineup of local and international artists as well as corporate partnerships. And just when you believed that Dubai could be any better… Arriving by boat, guests are greeted in elegance and shown into the custom Jetty Lounge, where they can relax in sumptuous chairs with unmatched personalised attention.

O Beach

When the famed hedonistic hotspot O Beach in Ibiza announced it would open in Dubai back in March 2021, we became quite excited. However, a statement made public on the brand’s Instagram profile in October stated that the effort would no longer continue. Industry rumours surfaced in the next two years suggesting O Beach, one of the biggest and most well-known beach clubs in Ibiza, would move to Dubai. And seems that it has. In the area that was once used by the now-closed Andreea’s beach club, hoarding in the signature orange colour of O Beach has been installed along the beachfront of Dubai’s Habtoor Grand hotel on JBR, signalling that “Ibiza is coming.” One of Ibiza’s most well-known clubs, O Beach is renowned for its massive pool parties, lineup of international DJs, and iconic champagne spray shows. We can expect the same at the venue’s Dubai location. Pay attention.

Playa Pacha

On March 31, FIVE LUXE, the third iteration of Dubai’s notorious FIVE Hotels & Resorts, will open on the JBR beachfront. A new beachfront club with an Ibiza flair will open along with it. With the purchase of the renowned Pacha brand in Ibiza, parent firm FIVE Global Holdings is bringing a bit of Ibiza to the shore with Playa Pacha Dubai, a beach club. Located in the centre of the resort, it will have a split-level pool with luxurious day beds and loungers surrounding it. International and resident DJs will spin the decks on a daily basis, exuding a true Island vibe. Regarding cuisine, you will find a variety of cool drinks and Mediterranean flavours that are perfect for nibbling while getting tan.

Sirene Beach by Gaia

Popular DIFC restaurant Gaia is taking its culinary legacy of introducing elegant Greek food to the seas. The founders of Gaia, Fundamental Hospitality, plan to launch Sirene by Gaia at Jumeirah’s J1 Beach in September. The opulent new beach club at the upcoming J1 Beach development will span 9,000 square metres and is expected to be the largest in the world, according to Arabian Business. With two restaurants, a gorgeous seaside bar, and up to 400 sun loungers scattered around the beach and pool, Sirene by Gaia will take visitors to the legendary party islands of Greece. It’s going to be the next big thing as a day-to-night destination for sun-filled soirees by day, gorgeous sundowners, and spectacular dinners after dark.

Zuma Beachhouse

Zuma has been the most popular dining spot in the DIFC for over fifteen years. Now, it’s moving to a second location in Dubai, an idyllic beach club. Zuma Beachhouse, a waterfront version of the well-known Japanese hotspot that will debut in La Mer in 2025, promises to be a place to enjoy sunny days. Inside, visitors may anticipate a number of sophisticated experiences with a Zuma twist. A sprawling pool and 140-meter private beach will provide a perfect setting for sunbathing on beautiful day beds, and the lounge and bar will be a lovely region to catch up with friends in an unforgettable atmosphere.
