flydubai has expanded its route network to include four new exciting destinations in Europe – Basel, Switzerland; Riga, Latvia; Tallinn, Estonia; and Vilnius, Lithuania. These new destinations offer Dubai residents increased options for travel to different parts of Europe.

Destination #1: Basel, Switzerland

Basel is located in northwest Switzerland on the Rhine River, right at the borders with France and Germany. This makes it an ideal base to explore not only Switzerland, but also the neighboring Alsace region of France and Black Forest area of Germany.

Basel is known for its beautiful medieval old town, modern architecture, and world-class art museums. Top attractions include the Basel Minster, the old town Marktplatz, Fondation Beyeler museum, and the Tinguely Fountain featuring whimsical moving metal sculptures.
