Elie Saab Waterfront by Ohana Development

Elie Saab Waterfront, an apartment megaproject by Ohana Development, was unveiled in a gala ceremony earlier this week at the Emirates Palace Ming Mandarin. It is the most recent in a long list of outstanding house megaprojects in the capital. With 39 stories, 174 units, and 300 parking spaces no less, this structural marvel will be the first branded residence on Reem Island and, like most, if not all, of the other cutting-edge megaprojects opening up business in the capital of the United Arab Emirates, will revolutionise luxury living. Between Dhs 2 million and Dhs 300 million are the price tags.

Nobu Residences by Aldar

Along with to its well-known Japanese cuisine, the storied Nobu brand is making its way to Abu Dhabi. In 2027, a beach club and opulent hotel will open with Nobu-branded villas. Part of the cultural and gastronomic centre of Saadiyat Grove, the Nobu Hospitality concepts will open in association with Aldar properties on the ethereal Mamsha beach on Saadiyat island. There will be 88 roomy apartments in this boutique collection of ultra-luxury Nobu-branded homes, with one to three bedrooms. In addition, there will be a separate collection of penthouses and sky villas that are available. Modern luxury will coexist with Nobu’s gracious hospitality and sense of Japanese design in each of the apartments’ breathtaking views of the sea and the unmistakable Guggenheim Abu Dhabi.

Louvre Abu Dhabi Residences

The 400-unit private complex known as the Louvre Abu Dhabi Residences by Aldar was designed with an iconic address, breathtaking ocean views, and a prime location close to one of the most impressive art and historical artefact collections in the world. The Louvre Abu Dhabi has solidified the capital city’s place as the cultural centre of the region. Le Salon Détente, a lounge for residents with art chosen in consultation with the experts at Louvre Abu Dhabi, a 12-seater Cinema Privé for a private theatre experience, and a fitness centre called Spa Bien-être—which of course includes a gym, sauna rooms, spaces for yoga and meditation, and an indoor kids’ playroom called the Creativité Room—are all included in the building’s design.
