UAE weather update: Heavy showers expected next week

UAE Weather: According to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM), last week had the most rainfall in the UAE in 75 years. Even though we are informed that the UAE and its citizens are dealing with the fallout, we have a few troubling developments to share. Next week, there might be more rain.

The NCM predicts that the morning weather in the UAE will be humid, with a chance of fog and mist development and partly cloudy skies, from Friday, April 19, to Sunday, April 20.

On Monday, April 22, there is a chance of light rainfall; however, on Tuesday, April 23, there is a chance of moderate to heavy rainfall.

The weather forecast update was also shared by Sharjah News on its official Instagram account.

According to the article, there’s a chance that on Saturday, April 20, cumulus clouds will gather on the mountains and bring rain. Additionally, Monday, April 22 is predicted to see rain, with a likelihood of light to moderate rain on Tuesday, April 23, with the potential for heavy rain in certain regions at times. In coastal places, the rains will raise the temperature.

Due to this week’s storm, many public and private sector offices chose to operate remotely, and schools also adopted this option. Although there haven’t been any updates released as of yet, we’re keeping a look out, so check back often.

After this week’s extraordinary storm and deluge of rain on Tuesday, the United Arab Emirates is still recuperating. Airports, planes, public transportation, and other things were all impacted but are gradually returning to normal. We strongly advise our readers to use social media accounts to remain current on the most recent information.
