There are many discount cards in Dubai that can help you save money whether buying flights, hotels, or arranging your next dream holiday. These cards allow you to collect points as rewards and exchange them for cash purchases.

Shukran rewards

Shukran Rewards will be the first on our list of the top Dubai discount cards. This Dubai loyalty scheme provides instant rewards when you buy at every Landmark Group location in the UAE or the other Gulf Cooperation Council nations. The Shukran Rewards programme has no membership fees, and there are no renewal fees.

To redeem Shukran points at Landmark Group places, provide the image of your ID and digital card at the money register. Click the ‘Pay with Shukrans’ slider if you’re making a purchase online. You can also continue up with the newest money saved deals by downloading the Shukran App.

Club apparel

Although not exactly a loyalty “card,” the Apparel Group’s loyalty programme allows you to collect rewards redeemable at more than 75 brands across hundreds of locations in the region. Sign up on the Club Apparel website or download the mobile app to start earning points at any participating retailer.

Privileges club by alshaya

When it comes to the greatest discount card in Dubai, we simply cannot ignore Alshaya’s Privileges Club card. You can obtain a loyalty card at any Alshaya location, or you can download the mobile app to stay up to date on the most recent offers from dozens of globally companies.

Members of the Privileges Club, like other loyalty programmes which give out points based on decisions, are automatically put into the Monthly Draw (minimum AED 60 spent at an affiliated brand) and the Semi-Annual Super Draw (AED 12,000) to win vast discounts and savings.

Amber

Al Tayer Group’s Amber rewards programme is next on our list of Dubai loyalty cards. There are no membership fees, and you can even upgrade your membership as your points rises.

Amber loyalty cards are good for two years from the date of purchase. As a ‘Classic’ member, you may receive awards and benefits. You can move to the “Select” Tier by building up 20,000 points. Those who gain 150,000 points, on the other hand, go to the Plus Tier and receive bigger benefits.

Once you have earned enough points, you may redeem them at any Al Tayer Group location in the UAE.

Wafi rewards

If you live in the Oud Metha housing or often shop at the WAFI Mall, you may join up for WAFI Rewards. Any WAFI Mall consumer can get this loyalty card for free and earn one point for every dirham spent (up to AED 500,000 per purchase) on food and apparel.

The points may be redeemed at an array of cafés and restaurants, and even Cleopatra’s Spa. You can also get discounts at the mall’s roughly 250 retailers.

It should be noted that points obtained are valid for 12 months.

Tamayaz

Union Coop provides another Dubai discount card for grocery stores buyers, the Tamayaz rewards scheme. You may earn one point for every dirham spend with a free and fast membership.

Tamayaz provides two kinds of cards: one for investors and one for the general public. Gold cards for investors and silver cards for non-shareholders both award one point for every dirham bought.

There is, however, a difference in the redemption limitations. In the former, you must earn 3,000 points to be eligible for an AED 50 voucher, while the latter allows you to apply for a voucher once you have 4,000 points.

Other Dubai loyalty cards

Blue loyalty programme

Al Futtaim Retail Group’s Blue Loyalty Programme allows you to shop as much as you like across their brands in the UAE. The more you shop, the more possibilities you have of earning endless cash back and unlocking 1000s of buy two, get one free deals across the retail group’s member brands.

Install the Blue App from the App Store or Google Play Store, input your credentials, and you’ll be able to buy or gift Prepaid eCards, plus other benefits.

RTA NOL Plus

Nol Plus, another famous reward scheme in Dubai, was launched by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). To take advantage of the benefits of this scheme, register an account on RTA with a link to your first nol Card and start earning points right away! You get 1 nol Plus point for every AED 1 (Personalised card) – AED 2 (Standard card) spent on metro or tram travel. Those who pay for RTA parking will receive points as well.

Points may be used for taxis, metro rides, parking, park tickets, and purchase at partner retail outlets.

Costa coffee

Costa Coffee, one of the most popular cafés in Jumeirah, provides UAE Gift Card programmes. Purchase a digital or physical card, select a denomination value of AED 25, AED 50, or AED 100, and redeem it at any coffee shop participating location.

Furthermore, Costa Coffee allows you to earn beans at all of the cafe’s locations. To earn beans on your purchases, download the official Costa Coffee Club UAE app and scan the barcode. After you sign in to a profile, you will receive 1,000 free beans. That brings you halfway to a free coffee.

The app is available for free on both Android and iOS.

Etisalat smiles

Etisalat, a famous telecom network in the city of Dubai, provides Smiles points that can be earned in two ways:

  • Payment of monthly bills
  • Through new annual postpaid plans

When your points are added to your account, you will receive an SMS message.

  • When you refresh a prepaid account, you will earn points for the next 24 hours
  • If you pay a monthly bill, your points will be available 72 hours after the transaction

Etisalat Smiles points can be used for shopping vouchers, bill payments, or discounts.
